Using my Services

Over the years I have advised, and on occasions, represented, a wide range of individuals and organisations, in my areas of specialisation. In some areas, for example, Resource Management Law, I have also been an applicant (ie, for a resource consent). This has given me valuable insights into a client’s perspective on such issues.

I am currently taking a period of leave from practice. I am therefore not in a position to accept instructions as a barrister. I expect to resume a limited practice on 1 July 2011.
